We're doing a TI in an Airpark high-rise — when should you be involved?

As early as possible — ideally when the architect is sketching the suite. Drop counts, AP placement, server-closet location, and pathway are easier to design in than retrofit. We can also bid against your GC's structured-cabling sub for comparison.

Can you work around busy season?

Yes — that's the norm. We avoid disruptive cabling work between January 15 and April 15 unless it's an emergency, and we schedule evenings/weekends when work has to happen during the season.

Do you handle conference-room AV cabling, or just network?

Both, and we coordinate with your AV integrator on the active gear. Long HDMI/USB-C runs go over Cat6A or fiber via baluns; camera and microphone PoE drops are part of the structured-cabling design.

What if a drop fails after install?

Covered. The cable plant carries a 25-year manufacturer warranty when we install. Any failed drop is replaced/re-terminated at no cost. We retain the test reports, so field diagnosis is fast.
